The entries were received from Indian Institute of Rice Research, Hyderabad for screening under epiphytic condition against blast by natural/artificial field infection in the epidemic area of Waghai. Two rows of 2.1 meter length for each entry with the resistant check IR-64 and susceptible check Pankhali-203 were planted after every 10th entry and local susceptible check Pankhali-203 was planted around the screening nursery. |
