Dosage and frequency of application

T1

ICAR-NRCB NO2 wilt

Two products A and B:

1. Biopriming in nursery stage, 20g (10 g A + 10 g B) at   secondary hardening of tissue culture plants.

2. 1 week before planting 50 g (25 g A + 25 g B/pit). Field should be irrigated before application bio-agent.

3. 50 g per plant (25 g A + 25 g B) at 2,4,6 months after planting. NRCB NO2 wilt should be applied around the plant up to two feet along with FYM or vermi-compost.

4. Drip irrigation must

5. Leaving guard rows between treatments.

T2

ICAR-CSSRI Bioformulation

Application of CSSRI formulation six times i.e. at the time of planting, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 months after planting.

At the time of planting 500 ml/plant

2nd MAP- 500 ml/plant drenching near the root zone (both feeder and old root).

4th MAP to 10th MAP -1000ml/plant drenching near the root zone (both feeder and old root).

At the time of planting and 2nd MAP: 25 lit water can be taken in a 100 L clean tub, mix 25-50 g of  jaggery, add 0.750 g of the FUSICONT formulation and incubate for 24 hrs and drench them @ 500ml/plant.

For 4th ,6th ,8th and 10th MAP: 50 lit water can be taken in a 100 lit clean tub, mix 50 g of  jaggery, add 1.5 kg of the formulation and incubate for 24 hrs and drench them @ 1000ml/plant.

Keep sufficient distance of the control field from the treatment fields and separate with bunds, dummy rows and then the control with RDF for preventing the microbes from entering the control plot.

T3

ICAR-IIHR Consortia

Application of FYM enriched bio-agent @ 2 kg per plant at the time of planting and later four times at 2, 4, 6 and 8 months after planting.

T4

Positive control

Disease free suckers from disease free field + application of neem cake @ 250 g/plant or vermi-compost + Dipping in carbendazim (0.20%) for 30 minutes followed by carbendazim drenching 0.20% solution at 2nd, 4th and 6th month after planting and carbendazim injection @ 3 ml of 2.00 % solution at 3rd, 5th and 7th month after planting.

T5

Untreated control
