Experiment code 17.9.3.26
Experiment Title Combine effect of drip and micro sprinkler irrigation in bitter gourd and leafy vegetable (coriander) under two tier cropping system
Research Type AICRP Research
Experiment Background  Micro sprinkler is recommended for close growing crop such as onion, garlic, fenugreek, coriander etc  Drip irrigation is successful in wide spacing crop including vine crop  Combined irrigation scheduled need to be developed under two tier cropping system in hilly area with minimizing micro irrigation system cost

Note : 1) Bitter gourd will be irrigated twice in

                week through drip irrigation method

           2) Leafy vegetable (Coriander) will be

irrigated at  weekly interval by rainy

               sprinkler  irrigation

           3) Two leafy vegetables crops will be

                taken if possible
